Managing Multi-Million $ MSP Cloud Billing

We have managed a multi-million $ MSP Cloud Billing environment across a large number of customers spread across AsiaPac, EMEA and the Americas.

Here are some of the steps we took and lessons we have learned: We developed a deep understanding of, in particular, AWS related Billing Challenges and ways to resolve them. We helped develop the Cloud Billing Management solution and processes, discount models and support models.

We deployed Saving Plans and RIs across customer accounts as well as within the Central Billing Account.

We established Enterprise and Discount Agreements across a number of customers and geographies.

We optimised the use of Cloud Provider Discounts and Incentive Plans across new and existing customers.
