Leadership Team

Walter is a FinOps Certified Practitioner and is leading the FinAnts European business, in addition to his role as CEO of The FinAnts Group. He has executed numerous cloud cost rescue and cost saving projects with particular focus on AWS.

He is an experienced, international business leader with deep understanding of and affinity with cloud technology, finance and procurement.

Walter has previously started, grown and managed Lemongrass Consulting into an international SAP on AWS powerhouse. He has helped many customers deploy on cloud and has been instrumental in establishing cloud cost conscious cultures and operating models.

Conor is a FinOps Certified Practitioner and is leading the FinAnts USA business, in addition to his role as a Cloud Cost Optimization specialist.

Conor has been leading the deployment and management of globe spanning ERP applications for 20 plus years, the last 7 of which have concentrated on public cloud based implementations.

Conor’s focus is to ensure business value is at the heart of how customers manage their cloud subscriptions and has delivered multiple cloud cost efficiency programs for customers who have migrated their workloads to Azure, AWS and GCP.

Cathy is an Operational FinAnts expert in the FinAnts Europe business with particular focus on AWS.

She heads up Finance and Operations for FinAnts Europe and The FinAnts Group.

She is an experienced international finance & operations leader with deep hands on experience in operating large cloud billing and spend across multiple accounts and geographies.

Working side by side with Walter, Cathy has previously started, grown and managed Lemongrass Consulting into an international SAP on AWS powerhouse.

Cathy has helped design, implement and operate a large outsourced managed service contract, providing her with deep experience with running outsourced operations.
